This is a wallpaper(attempted) I tried to make. Ever since I heard of the Wall project, I've been flirting with this idea. When it was too late to convey this to people who could have drawn this on the Wall, I decided to convert it into a wallpaper lest this idea should die an ignorant death.

This is probably the farthest I can go with Photoshop. If you can do better than this(I know you can) then be my guest. Feel free to translate this into the best possible thing.

Rains have become a topic of national importance in India. Our farmers are dying(well, they'd die anyway thanks to the government) and Mumbai is being flooded.

Rains have almost become like Sex - If you don't have enough you go berserk(like farmers in Bihar who made their naked daughters plough the field to please the rain gods - the only thing it pleased were the passerbys and the media) - and if you have excess you still go berserk(like Twitter crashes everytime it rains havoc in Mumbai)
